1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the "Soneth Music Studio" application and website, provided by:

(hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Provider").
By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the App.
2. Services & features
Soneth Music Studio is a digital audio workstation allowing you to create, edit, and share music. We offer both a free version (ad-supported) and paid subscriptions (Soneth Pro). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. Age Requirements & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.For Purchases: You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the valid consent of a parent/legal guardian to make any purchases or subscriptions.
4. User Generated Content & Copyright
You retain all rights and ownership of the music and content you create using Soneth Music Studio. However, you are solely responsible for your content. You guarantee that your content does not violate any third-party rights (e.g., copyright of samples, unauthorized covers, etc.). We are not liable for any copyright infringements committed by users. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
Subscriptions: Some features are available via a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) via our partner RevenueCat.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your phone's settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective App Store according to their refund policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations, damages from injury to life, body or health, or guarantees are affected.
7. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remainder shall remain valid.
